JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro police hope surveillance video will help them identify a crook who stole more than $1,000 from a local fast food restaurant.

Around 11:38 p.m. Sunday a “small-framed person in a dark-colored hoodie” entered the office at Hardee’s, 1331 Red Wolf Blvd.

Video showed the suspect open the safe and fill a trash bag with “multiple bank bags” before leaving the store.

According to the initial incident report, the suspect was last seen leaving in a vehicle parked behind the restaurant. There were no signs of entry at any of the doors, the report stated.

Anyone with information on this burglary is urged to call Crimestoppers at 935-STOP (7867).
