JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Low prices can bring high stress on Black Friday.

Estately Blog has ranked the top 10 states where you are most likely to get into fights over deeply discounted deals.

The Natural State is number one on that list. Meanwhile, Missouri is ranked number five.

Estately explains their findings are the result of compiling data from Facebook and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Jonesboro Police Department told Region 8 News there will be extra patrols set up for Black Friday.

Sgt. Cassie Brandon said the officers on patrol that day know there will be large crowds at several businesses and they are prepared.

"They are aware that we will have big crowds out," Brandon said. "We will make sure to do extra patrols through the businesses in town, especially where there will be a lot of shoppers, at the mall or Walmart and places like that."

Brandon also said several businesses will have their own patrols set up.

The Mall at Turtle Creek manager, Susan Sgrignoli, said the mall plans to have more visible patrol officers in uniform for Black Friday. She said safety is a top priority.

Both Brandon and Sgrignoli said they do not expect anything bad to happen, but it is always good to take safety precautions.

JPD reminds shoppers to make sure their vehicles are locked and valuable items are kept close by during shopping.
