Looking For A Check Forger

Wallace & Owens Surveillance Video Wallace & Owens Surveillance Video

Previous suspects are getting the week off. No arrests to report. But with some good tips from you, we can change that next week.

This is security video from Wallace and Owens grocery in Jonesboro released to Crimestoppers through JPD. Jonesboro police say the woman in the Memphis sweatshirt is a check forger. Right now, they beleive she has written two checks totalling about $300. If you think you know the name of this suspected check forger, CALL CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP. When you call, you'll get a tip number. Hang on to that number. Then, keep watching Crimestoppers to see if your suspect is arrested. If that happens, call Sgt. Steve McDaniel at JPD to see if it was your tip that cracked the case. If it was, it's worth cash.

Here's who we are looking for on Warrant Watch this week. JPD is looking for 27 year old Cecil L. Mitchell. He as a total of 12 warrants. 7 non-payment of fines and 5 failure to appear warrants. Garrick B. Jackson is up next. He's sitting tight with an unlucky seven warrants. 3 non-payment of fines and 4 revocation of probation warrants. If you think you can lead police to Cecil Mitchell or Garrick Jackson, CALL CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP OR TOLL FREE, 888-566-STOP. Crimestoppers does not use caller ID, your call is not recorded. Just tell police what you know, it could be worth cash. And remember, when you see crime, CALL CRIMESTOPPERS, 935-STOP.
