JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - Paul Miller scored 23 points, including the game-winning 3-pointer with 3.3 seconds left, and North Dakota State rallied to beat Arkansas State 74-73 Friday night.

A.J. Jacobson, who had the key play to set up Miller's winner, stole the inbounds pass to seal the win.

The Bison (5-2) trailed 73-68 when Sean Gardner made two free throws for Arkansas State (2-6) with 58 seconds left. The Bison missed a shot, but Anthony Livingston missed a pair of free throws for the Red Wolves.

Carlin Dupree made the first of two free throws for the Bison with 41 seconds left but Dexter Werner grabbed the offensive rebound and scored the putback to make it 73-71 with 40 seconds to plays. With 12 seconds left Jacobson, who scored 18, drew an offensive foul on Livingston, setting up the winner.

Livingston finished with 29 points and 11 rebounds for Arkansas State and Gardner had 16 points.
