JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Police arrested a Jonesboro man after they say he exposed himself in a local gym's steam room to three young boys.

The victims told police on Saturday morning that after playing basketball Friday night at The Trim Gym, 1916 Race St., they went into the steam room.

The boys, ages 12-13, said while in the room a man, later identified as 52-year-old Moran Francisco Zavala, “pulled his shorts off and began playing with himself and masturbating in front of them.”

The boys said the man did not speak to them; but he looked at one of the boys while he masturbated, the initial incident report stated.

After viewing surveillance video from the gym, a positive ID was made on Zavala.

Several hours later, officers went back to the gym where they arrested Zavala on suspicion of sexual indecency with a child and took him to the Craighead County Detention Center to await a probable cause hearing.
