Lite Cornbread

1 1/2 C Cornmeal
3/4 C All-purpose flour
2 t. Baking powder
1 t. Baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 C Non-fat buttermilk
1 1/2 T Oil
1 Small egg, lightly beaten
2 Egg whites, lightly beaten

Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 450 degrees.  Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stir to blend.  Combine buttermilk, oil and eggs; add to cornmeal and stir until moistened.  Coat baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.  Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
