Cornbread Dressing

1 C Chopped celery
1 C Chopped onion
4 slices white bread (torn into bite-size pieces)
6 C Broth (fat removed)
1/2 C Egg substitute
2 t. Poultry seasoning
2 t. Rubbed sage
3/4 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
1 Pan of Lite Cornbread (crumbled)

Coat baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.  Spray medium-size skillet with cooking spray and sauté onions and celery until tender.  Crumble cornbread into a large bowl; stir in vegetable mixture and remaining ingredients.  Toss lightly and spoon into baking dish.  Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
