Turkey Spaghetti

6 T. Flour
1/2 C Green pepper
3/4 C Onions
1 C Tomato sauce
1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
3/4 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1 1/2 C Chicken or turkey broth (without the fat)
2 C Cooked, deboned turkey
1 Pkg. spaghetti - 7 oz.

Sauté green peppers and onions in a non-stick vegetable spray.  Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and liquid, salt, pepper.  Add 1/2 C broth to flour and make smooth paste.   Add rest of broth and paste to mixture until thickened.  Add turkey.   Pour mixture over spaghetti that has been cooked according to the package.   Top with grated cheese, if desired.
