Filling Mix together the following ingredients: 2 eggs1 C sugar1 t. vanilla Combine these ingredients and add to above mixture, beating at low speed: 1/4 C all purpose flour1/2 t. baking powder1/4 t. salt Mix and fold in above mixture: 1/2 C chopped nuts1/2 C shredded coconut1/2 C maraschino cherries Spread mixture over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Optional: decorate with maraschino cherries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
