3 Pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops. Brown both sides in a large skillet sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Add bouillon, water, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until chops are tender (about 15 minutes). Add orange juice, brown sugar, rice and vegetables. Bring to a boil over medium heat, separating vegetables with a fork and stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
