4 Whole cooked chicken breasts-boneless and skinless
Cook broccoli as directed on container or steam in a small amount of water until tender in a covered saucepan.
Arrange broccoli on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine other ingredients except cheese and corn flakes. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed corn flakes.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
