4 Whole cooked chicken breasts-boneless and skinless 1 Pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 1 bunch fresh 1 Can fat-free cream, of chicken soup 1 C fat free mayonnaise 1 C fat-free sour cream (optional) 1 T lemon juice 1 t. curry powder (optional) 1/2 C low fat cheddar cheese 1/2 C crushed corn flakes
Cook broccoli as directed on container or steam in a small amount of water until tender in a covered saucepan.
Arrange broccoli on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine other ingredients except cheese and corn flakes. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed corn flakes.
