Cheesy Potato Skins

4 Medium baking potatoes
1/2 t. Margarine, melted
1/4 t. Salt
1/2 C Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C Chopped green onions

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.  Scoop out pulp leaving 1/4 inch potato around skin.  Cut skins in half crosswise.  Brush potato skins with margarine.  Place potato skins skin side down in baking dish coated with a nonstick cooking spray.  Sprinkle with salt.   Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheese, onions and paprika.   Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Optional:  Dip in sour cream
