Banana Split Pizza

4 7 to 8 inch flour tortillas
1 T Butter, melted
1 4-serving size package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 C low fat milk
1 1/2 C strawberries, sliced
2 medium bananas, sliced
1/4 C Chocolate ice cream topping (Optional)
1/3 C Multi-colored decorative sprinkles (Optional)

1.  Place tortillas on an extra large baking sheet.  Lightly brush topsides of tortillas with melted butter.  Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool.

2.  Mix instant pudding according to directions.  Allow the pudding to thicken.  (Put in refrigerator if it is not used within 30 minutes.)

3.  Wash strawberries, remove stems, and pat dry.

4.  Slice strawberries and bananas.

5.  Spread pudding over tortilla.  Arrange strawberry and banana slices on top of pudding.  Drizzle with chocolate topping.  Decorate with sprinkles.
