Beef Kabobs

1/2 C Red cooking wine
1/4 C Oil
1 t. Garlic oil
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T Vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Top Round Beef, cut into 2 inch cubes
18 Whole mushrooms (small to medium)
2 Bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1-2 Onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
Zucchini Squash, cut into 1 inch pieces
Yellow squash, cut into 1 inch pieces
Tomatoes (Optional) May be added near the end of cooking

Blend cooking wine, oil, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar in a container.  Put the beef in a shallow pan and cover with mixture.  Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.  Place the beef pieces alternately with the vegetables on wooden or metal skewers and grill or broil until done.  Baste the kabobs with the remaining marinade while cooking.  Add tomatoes at end of cooking.
