Fiesta Salad

2 T Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 C Water
1/4 C Oil
1/4 C Vinegar
1  16oz. can Whole-kernel corn, drained
1-2 Tomatoes, diced
1/2 C Cooked or canned Kidney beans
1/4 C Bell pepper, diced
1/4 - 1/2 C Onion, diced fine
1/4 C Black Olives (Optional)

1.  Stir taco seasoning mix, water, oil and vinegar together.
2.  Combine vegetables.
3.  Pour dressing over and toss gently.
4.  Chill several hours or overnight.
5.   Stir occasionally.
