Grilled Chicken



1/4 C orange juice
1 T low sodium soy sauce
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. ginger
1 t. honey
1 t. Dijon mustard

1-lb. skinned, boneless chicken

Place chicken in marinate for 4 hours or overnight.

Place chicken on grill and cook till juices run clear when pricked with a fork. Serve with rice and steamed or stir-fried vegetables.
