Savory Sirloin

1 lb.       Boneless sirloin steak, lean
1 clove  Garlic, minced
1/4 t.      Rosemary, crushed
1/4 t.      Thyme leaves
1 t.         Margarine
1 T         Plain low-fat yogurt
1 T         Prepared mustard
1 T         Worcestershire sauce
1 T         Parsley, chopped

Trim fat from meat.  Combine garlic and spices.  Sprinkle over meat.  Melt margarine in a non-stick fry pan.   Add meat and cook over medium heat 6 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.   Place meat on serving platter and keep warm.  Combine yogurt, mustard and   Worcestershire sauce in a small microwave safe bowl.  Cover and microwave on high power for one minute.  Spread mixture over warm meat.  Garnish with parsley.  To serve, slice meat on diagonal into thin slices.
