Apple Dapple Cake

3  Eggs
3/4 C Oil
2 C Sugar
3 C Flour
1 t. Baking soda
1 t. Margarine
1 t. Vanilla
1/2 t. Salt
2 Large apples (peeled and chopped)
1 C Coconut
1 C Chopped nuts

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.  Blend in all dry ingredients (make a stiff batter) so beat well.  Fold in chopped apples, coconut and nuts.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour in a tube pan or 2 loaf pans. 

Glaze:
1/2 C Margarine
1 C Brown Sugar
1/4 t. Milk

Mix together and pour on cake.
