Snack Pockets

1 Container large canned biscuits
(5 or 10 depending on the number you want to make)
1 C spaghetti sauce
1/2 C pepperoni, ground beef, or sausage
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 C chopped bell pepper
1/4 C chopped black olives
1/4 C mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients together, except biscuits and spaghetti sauce.

Separate dough into 5 or 10 biscuits. Press out biscuits each to 5-inch round. spread top of biscuit with spaghetti sauce. Spoon 2 tablespoons meat, onion, bell pepper and black olive mixture into center of each biscuit. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Place on ungreased baking sheet. bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 13 minutes or until golden brown.

Variations:

Mix: ham and cheese
Mix: apple filling with cheddar cheese
Mix: other fruit pie fillings
