Mini Meat Loaves

1 1/2 lbs. Extra lean ground beef
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 T dry onion flakes
1 egg - lightly beaten
1/2 C cracker crumbs
1 1/2 C tomato sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 T parsley flakes
1 T worcestershire

Combine the first six ingredients, add 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Mix Well. Shape into four oval loaves. Place in baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Combine remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, parsley flakes and worcestershire sauce. Drain excess fat from meat loaves. Pour sauce over top. Bake for 5 minutes.
