According to Captain Scott Adams with the Blytheville Police Department, officers were told a customer had her purse out to pay for an item when a man grabbed it and ran out of the store.

An employee attempted to stop the suspects as they ran out, but was knocked to the ground.

Officers saw the men running west in an alley when they separated.

Police followed one suspect who ran into a house in the 900-block of West Ash Street.
