MEMPHIS, TN (KAIT) - The Arkansas Razorbacks won the 2016 Liberty Bowl with a 45-23 victory over Kansas State in Memphis on Saturday evening.
Bret Bielema topped his former mentor Bill Snyder and led the Hogs to an 8-5 record on the season.
Arkansas will likely enter the 2016 season with a pre-season Top 25 ranking after a strong second half showing of the year that included wins over LSU and Ole Miss.
Alex Collins rushed for 185 yards and three touchdowns in the win while Brandon Allen threw for 315 yards with one touchdown and one interception in his final game as a Razorback.
