MELBOURNE, AR (KAIT) - A man arrested in December is now facing additional charges in Izard County.
Sheriff Tate Lawrence states Brian Miller, 30, of Batesville was arrested on Dec. 27, 2015 on charges of fleeing and "possession of an instrument of crime" after running from deputies at a Melbourne nursing home.
Miller, who is in the Izard County jail, has also been charged with violation of a protection order and terroristic threatening.
The additional charges come from Miller "calling his estranged wife and threatening to kill her" along with two of her family members, according to Lawrence.
Bond for Miller was increased to $3,840.
