JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro police arrested a woman on drug and forgery charges after they say she tried to use fake money at a restaurant.

According to an incident report from JPD, officers were called out to the McDonald’s on Red Wolf Boulevard at around 8 a.m.

When they arrived, an employee told them Felicia Dawn Fleming, 30, of Jonesboro, tried to cash a $100 bill.

The employee said she noticed the bill had “Motion Pictures Use Only” written on the back.

The officers arrested Fleming on forgery charges.

When they ran Fleming's name through dispatch they found she also had three warrants for her arrest.

One of them was for failure to appear and the other two were for public service work.

In the report, one of the officers said Fleming told them the the only illegal item she had was a marijuana pipe in her bra.

A female jailor at the Craighead County Detention Center then searched her and found a bag of marijuana.

In addition to the forgery charge, Fleming faces citations for possession of marijuana, failure to appear and public service work.

She will be in court for the citations on Jan. 25 at 1 p.m.

A probable cause hearing for the forgery charge and bond will be set by judge.

These counterfeit bills are no stranger to Region 8.

On Jan. 13, Jonesboro police told Region 8 News they have investigated 9 cases of funny money since December.
