JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - Several people will be out of work after Iberiabank announced the closing of bank branches in northeast Arkansas.
According to Paul Hutcheson, market president of northeast Arkansas for Iberiabank, the facilities will close in Hoxie, Highland, Imboden, Corning, Tuckerman and Lake City in the middle of March.
Hutcheson said the company did an evaluation of all banks and decided to make the move to put the company is a better position.
Hutcheson said the company is working with some staff members to move them to other locations and working to move various accounts to other banks.
