JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The westbound lane of Union Avenue in Downtown Jonesboro was reduced to one lane of traffic Tuesday morning.
Crews with the Jonesboro Street Department were out Tuesday morning putting up signs and blocked off an area in front of 411 Union, the building that was destroyed in a fire last summer.
Tracy Clayton, a team leader for the street department said they were taking precautions in case any debris fell because of high winds.
Jonesboro E911 Director Jeff Presley reports the lane closure is expected to continue into Wednesday afternoon.
