6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn
1/2 pt. or 8 oz. fat-free Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Saute onions in a small frying pan sprayed with non-stick spray until tender.
Drain corn, add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in onions and bacon.
Add sour cream.
Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
