JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - The three owners of 411 Union, a downtown Jonesboro building that burned in July of 2015, have sold the property.
According to the Craighead County Circuit Clerk's Office, the transfer of property was recorded Thursday.
The property, which sold for $115,000, was owned by Brooke Gibson, Kent Arnold and Edward L. Gary III.
Ebbert Properties, LLC purchased the building.
In mid-February, a Jonesboro council committee moved forward with consideration of condemning the building.
Alderman Chris Moore said if the sale of the property went through, he would make the motion to table the condemnation when it goes before the full city council.
