Program offered to help veterans reboot their lives

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KAIT) -

The Small Business Administration wants to help U.S. veterans reboot their lives.

The SBA will offer a free training workshop on “Starting or Growing a Veteran-owned Business” on Saturday, March 19, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Poplar Bluff Chamber of Commerce, 1111 W. Pine St.

The Boots to Business Reboot program will provide participants an overview of business ownership, as well as outline and explain the components of a business plan.

The intensive one-day event begins with check-in at 8 a.m. with classes starting 30 minutes later.

The event is free and lunch will be provided.

Space is limited and registration is required no later than Monday, March 15.
