PARAGOULD, AR (KAIT) - A Paragould man is facing felony charges after court documents state he had drugs on him while being booked into jail.
According to those same documents, Marvin Hugh Jones, 73, was arrested by Paragould police on a failure to appear warrant following a traffic stop on Thursday. Jones was a passenger in the vehicle.
He was arrested and transported to the Greene County Jail.
While being processed at the jail, Jones was found to have drugs on him including methamphetamine, hydrocodone, carisoprodol and marijuana, court documents state.
Jones is charged with three felony drug charges including possession of methamphetamine with the purpose to deliver. He is also charged with possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with purpose to deliver, a misdemeanor.
