DUNKLIN COUNTY, MO (KAIT) -

Several roads in Region 8 were covered with water Thursday, but one road in Dunklin was partly washed away.

The entrance to Jerry P. Combs Lake, located in the Little River Conservation Area, was majorly damaged by the floodwater.

The pictures were sent to us on Twitter. You can see that less than half the road is still standing.

Several other areas in Region 8 saw flooding Thursday after two days of rainfall.

One road was closed in Craighead County because of high waters and several fields were flooded in Poinsett County.
