1 1/2 C Cooked Rice 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 C Green onions, sliced tops included 1/4 C Ripe Olives, Chopped 1/4 C Dry bread crumbs 1/2 t. Italian seasoning 2 Eggs, beaten 1t. lemon juice 1/3 t. Paprika Paprika for garnish
Combine all ingredients except paprika in a large mixing bowl. Press mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into 25 squares. Serve Warm.
