Chicken Pot Pie

1 Whole fryer - Cooked, deboned and cut up
1 Can low-fat cream of chicken soup
2 C Chicken broth
1 small can English peas, drained
1 small can or 1 C cooked carrots, drained
1/2 C Green beans
1/4 C Chopped onions

Mix above ingredients together and put in a 2 quart oblong shallow baking dish.

Crust

1 stick or 1/2 C margarine
1 C Self-rising flour (or 1 C plain flour + 1/4 t. salt     and 1/2 t. baking powder)
1 C Low-fat milk

Mix together.  Pour evenly over top of meat mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
