Extraordinary Pumpkin Cake

4 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 20-ounce can solid-pack pumpkin
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 t. Cinnamon
1 12 oz. can Milnot
1 18 oz. Pkg. yellow cake mix
1 C Butter, melted
1 C Chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

1.  Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt and Milnot in order given.  Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2.  Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin filling.  Pour melted butter over cake mix.  Sprinkle with pecans.

3.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

4.  Leave cake in pan.  Serve warm or cold, plain or with whipped cream.  Or top it with Hot Butter Sauce.

Yield:  10 - 12 servings
