2 T fat free Italian dressing 1-16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed 2 C chopped turkey 1 tsp. salt 2 large tomatoes (2 cups) 4 C cooked spaghetti and fettucini 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese 2 T parsley
Heat dressing in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Cook vegetable mixture in dressing, stirring occasionally until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in turkey, salt and tomatoes; cook 3 minutes or until turkey is hot. Spoon turkey mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
