Swiss Steak

1 lb.  Chopped round steak
1/2 t. Salt
1t. Dry Mustard
1/4 t. Pepper
2 T Oil
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 - 6 oz. Can sliced Mushrooms
2 Green Onions

Remove excess fat from steak.   Mix the salt, dry mustard and pepper.  Sprinkle on meat and rub in.  In a heavy skillet, brown the meat on both sides in hot oil.  Drain off excess fat.   Add the juice from the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.  Cook at low temperature for 45 minutes to one hour in a tightly closed skillet.  Add the mushrooms and onions the last 5 minutes of cooking.
