Quiche

1/2 C Milk
2 C Eggs, beaten
1/2 C Cheddar cheese
1/3 C Bell pepper
1/2 t. Nutmeg
1 Deep pan pie shell
1/2 C Salad Dressing
1 to 1 1/2 C Chopped ham or bacon
1/2 C Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 C Green onions
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 T Cornstarch

Combine:  Milk, salad dressing, eggs, cornstarch, nutmeg, and salt and pepper.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients.  Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until center is set.
