Strawberries and Lemon Cream

1 (4.3 oz. box) lemon flavor cook and serve pudding mix
1 (8 oz. tub) low-fat whipped topping
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1. Prepare pudding according to directions.
   Let cool.
2. Blend whipped topping and cooled pudding, until smooth.
3. Layer pudding mixture and strawberries in dessert dishes.
4. Garnish with whipped topping and strawberries, if desired.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
