WALNUT RIDGE, AR (KAIT) -

Three suspects are flush with charges after a prosecuting attorney says one tried to destroy drugs using a toilet.

On Friday, Lawrence County law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant in Walnut Ridge.

According to Third Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce, 65 grams of methamphetamine (ICE), two meth labs, two firearms and "numerous items of drug paraphernalia" were seized in the search.

During the bust, Boyce states a suspect tried to flush the drugs down the toilet. However, a "glass smoking device" became lodged in the toilet and prevented the meth from being destroyed.

The toilet was removed and the meth was found.

The following are three people arrested in the case along with their charges:

  • Bobby Scott Glenn, 30, of Walnut Ridge-possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, manufacturing, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearms by certain persons, proximity to certain facilities, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Brianna Askeland, 21, of Walnut Ridge-possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, manufacturing, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, proximity to certain facilities and possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Hunter Swindle, 19, of Jonesboro-possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, manufacturing, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, proximity to certain facilities and possession of drug paraphernalia
