Stuffed French Toast

1 loaf French Bread
1 kiwi, sliced
1/2 C strawberries, sliced
1 banana, sliced

Egg Mixture:
2/3 C skim milk
1-2 eggs
1/2 t. vanilla
2 T sugar

Mix all ingredients of the egg mixture together and set aside. Slice the loaf of bread in 1 1/2" pieces. Cut a groove in the middle of each slice of bread. Mix all fruits together, spoon into the groove of the bread. Dip the bread in the egg mixture. Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Cook over medium heat until lightly brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
