Grilled Vegetables

Yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
Zucchini squash, sliced lengthwise
Onion, 1/4-inch thick
Bell pepper, quartered, and cored
Egg plant, 1/4-inch thick

Mix together:

2   T.   oil
1/2 t.  thyme
1/2 t.  basil leaves
1/2 t.  salt
1/8 t.  pepper
2   T.  lemon juice

Brush mixuture over vegetables as they grill.  Cook till tender.
