Oatmeal-Raisin-Apple Muffins

2 Large egg whites, beaten
1 C Low-fat milk
1/2 c Applesauce
1 1/4 C Flour
1 T Baking powder
1 t. Salt
1/3 C Sugar
1 C Rolled Oats
1/2 C Raisins

Beat egg whites.  Add milk and applesauce.  Put rest of ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture.  Stir with a fork until just moistened.   (Batter will be lumpy.)  Fill greased muffin tins half full.  Bake at 400 degrees 20 - 25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.  Makes 12 muffins.
