Strawberry Crepes

1/2 C All purpose flour
1/4 t. Salt
1/4 t. Baking powder
1 T Sugar
2 Egg whites
1/2 to 3/4 Cup skim milk (enough to make a very thin batter)

Mix all ingredients together.  Heat crepes pan over medium heat, then spray with non-stick spray.  Add approximately 1/4 cup batter and rotate pan to cover bottom with batter.  Let brown and turn over.  Slide crepe out of pan.  Repeat until all batter is used.  May be frozen, separated with wax paper, and placed in an air-tight plastic bag. 

Filling:
1-10 oz. box frozen, sweetened strawberries
Fat-free sour cream
Crepes

Fill each Crepe with 2 tablespoons sour cream.  Roll up and smother with strawberries.
