Cicis Pizza employee robbed at bank

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Jonesboro police are searching for a man accused of stealing a bank bag from a Cicis Pizza employee.

According to an incident report, officers were called Wednesday to 2500 East Highland Dr. in reference to a robbery.

According to the victim, she was leaving Bank of America when she walked by a man who grabbed her bank bag.

She stated that after putting up a struggle, the thief shoved her to the ground, took the bag of money, and then ran toward Regions Bank, 2400 East Highland Drive.

Officers later obtained surveillance video from the Kroger pharmacy, 1525 South Caraway Road, and could see a possible suspect matching the victim’s description.

Police say the suspect is 5'10" with a slender build and dark skinned with a low cropped haircut. Police are also looking for the suspect's vehicle, a early 2000s Buick LeSabre, seen driving west on Wilkins moments after the robbery.
