BAXTER COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

A Region 8 woman is facing charges in connection to the theft of a riding lawn mower.

Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery states Jessica Clark, 31, of Jordan was charged with felony breaking or entering along with theft of property, a misdemeanor.

According to the sheriff, the mower was taken from a garage on Highway 177 south in April 2015. Tyler Hudgens was previously arrested in the case.

An anonymous tip in Oct. 2015 named Hudgens and Clark as suspects. The tip also stated stolen property could be found at a residence on Hopewell Hollow Road.

While investigating the tip, Montgomery says the stolen mower and other items were found.

Clark reportedly told investigators she had been with Hudgens when the garage was broken into and the mower was stolen.

Clark was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center on Thursday and released the same day on a $5,000 bond. She will be in court again on May 5.

Hudgens remains in jail on a bond of $125,250. He was booked in Oct. 2015.
