Murder suspect files for change of venue

MALDEN, MO (KAIT) -

Attorneys for a Malden man accused of murder filed a motion for a change of venue this week.

According to court documents, Floyd Mantel Young, Jr. will appear in court June 8.

Young is accused of killing Dustin Greer on July 18, 2015. Greer died three days later.

According to police, they found Greer’s body in his SUV and believe Young shot him three times in the head during a robbery.
