Arrests made in Lawrence Co. business break-in

LAWRENCE COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - Lawrence County investigators have made two arrests in connection to a business break-in near Hoxie.

They also expect to make at least one more arrest, according to Detective Jamie White with the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department's Criminal Investigation Division.

Investigators developed several suspects after Heard's Market on Highway 63 was broken into.

Kaitlyn Lawson was arrested and charged with commercial burglary.

The second suspect, Josh Paxton, was already in jail on unrelated charges. He was served with a warrant for his involvement in the crime.

According to White, money and merchandise was taken from the market.

Investigators do have a third suspect and are in the process of obtaining an arrest warrant on that person.
