MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, AR (KAIT) -

Authorities worked several crashes on a Mississippi County interstate highway.

According to the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department, several semi trucks overturned on Interstate 55 south of Blytheville between mile markers 48 and 71.

Between three to four semi trucks were involved along with about four passenger vehicles.

Straight-line winds from a storm Thursday likely caused the crashes, according to the sheriff's department.

Some minor injuries have been reported, but nothing life threatening.

Arkansas State Police troopers as well as sheriff's deputies were at each crash scene.

Crews cleared the wrecks from the interstate and traffic is back open.
