JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -

Arkansas State University forward Anthony Livingston has chosen to transfer upon graduation this spring.

The announcement comes from A-State Men's Basketball Coach Grant McCasland, who made it official this afternoon.

“Anthony has chosen to forgo his final season of eligibility with our basketball program and has elected to transfer upon his graduation. We wish Anthony the best in his future.”

“Our team is excited about our returning players and completing our roster in preparation for next season as we strengthen our program.”

Livingston, a senior, played extremely well for the Red Wolves this year, despite a disappointing year from the team. Livingston averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds per game, while being the first A-State underclassman to be selected All-Conference since Brandon Reed in 2009-10.

A-State finished the year at 11-20, third worst record in the Sun Belt.
